Lesson Plans

 High schools and middle schools have used Slow Way Home in the classroom or featured it as part of summer reading programs. Dr. Milinda Stephenson of Panama City, Florida, developed an eight week lesson plan to increase student writing standards through the common core curriculum. The plans have been used successfully to increase writing scores in Bay County, Florida.
